Overview

Chip City began as a hobby between two childhood friends as they sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today.

Chip City's ambitious growth strategy required a construction partner that could handle multiple simultaneous projects. Each project had to both carry the brand vision while also being unique. Astir Builders was perfectly positioned to rise to the occasion and deliver exactly what the founders of Chip City dreamed of.
