At Somedays Bakery, we specialize in creating delicious unforgettable moments through our artisanal baked goods, crafted with the finest ingredients. That feeling should start the moment you walk in the door.
We had a very clear vision of what we wanted. We just needed a team that could execute that, and quickly. Astir really stepped up to the plate.
They were able to get us in the doors so we could open just before the holiday season. This let us stress test our concept quickly. And in doing so, we came back to them with some change orders that they were able to address immediately.
Working with Astir was unlike other construction companies in NYC. They provided us with detailed breakdowns and schedules. Hiccups always happen during construction, but with Astir, we were made aware of them immediately. And often times they came with an answer already. It was a very professional and thorough experience.
